It seems to me that the software has become very powerful but it has become not so intuitive. There are some things that are not hard to do "when you know how to do them" and remembering how to is a problem. Putting together a list of commentaries on Luke I ran into a problem in that the list of commentaries to choose from were only a partial list of those that my passage guide has shown. Why? I don't know. How to make a usable list is a skill that I have done but it is not intuitive. I tried to train some one the other day and they just said that it had become very complex very soon. It is something we need to think about. I just hate to keep calling to solve easy problems.
