BUG L4 Mac 4.5 Beta 8: Typing Matthew 28:16-20 from home page Bibles go to Matthew 28:19-20

When I type Matthew 28:16-20 from the home page:

But once the guides populate everything goes to vs. 16 except the Bibles, they jump to vs. 19

Not a huge deal, but it is kind of weird. I don't know if this happens elsewhere, this is the first time I have had this happen.

Is it all of the bibles? Are they all in the same link set? It seems to me like it might be trying to go to 28:19-20 as a pericope.

Yes it was in all of the Bibles, and they were linked. The funny thing is that Matthew 28:16-20 is listed as the beginning of the pericope. The section heading in the NIV, NIRV, NIV84, and NRSV all start the pericope at Matthew 28:16.

I am wondering though if their is a non-visible tag at work. Not really a big deal with this passage (an in the NT in general), but I know elsewhere there is a difference in versification in some Bibles, and some places the versification of the Hebrew Bible is different then our English translations.

Typing Mt 28.16-20 on Home Page noticed one pericope "The Great Commission" has two verse ranges: Matthew 28:16-20 and Matthew 28:18-20; clicking top choice, unable to replicate issue: my Top 5 Bibles (ESV, The NET Bible, LDGNT, NASB95, AV 1873) all open to Matthew 28:16

Apologies: personally not have "Complete Jewish Bible" (yet) so cannot check versification in that resource.

I selected the first verse range...Matthew 28:16-20. Not a big deal, just funny. Complete Jewish Bible is a Messianic translation, it's not bad for a different flavor to the text.

I am unable to reproduce this issue even with the Complete Jewish Bible installed. Please retry with Mac 4.5 Beta 9.
