I have several resources that aren't in my library, though they are located in my resources folder. Do I need to (shudder) re-index?

No, don't reindex. Some of this may be a simple programming counting problem. If you know of a specific book that is missing, post it. Otherwise, I would just hang loose and wait for the next Alpha. You should be okay.
I'm having the same issues. My Mac version shows 318 resources, under Windows it shows 349. As an example, for passage John 3:16, Commentaries listed in Mac version are only 3, in Windows there are 15.
As a matter of fact, we did have a great Sunday. Fabulous services at Church, then spent the night at the Hospital. Our first Great Granddaughter was born at 4:40 this morning (We already have a Great Grandson)! So, it was a fantastic Sunday! [Y]
