Windows 7 & Failed Download

I have tried multiple times to download on my Windows 7 machine. Each time it gets between 7 & 10% and it fails. It download perfectly on my XP machine.

It does not give me any info as to why it fails. It simply opens up Logos w/ no resources available.

Thoughts?

Just in case it matters, I am running the 64-bit version of Windows 7.

It is not just Windows 7 64 bit as I have installed just fine on two win7 64 bit systems.

Are you able to test your bandwidth/throughput and line quality?
