Proclaim & Showing Videos

Any thoughts on video playback lag...I have no trouble uploading videos as I have read others have...but the videos i upload (2-3minute duration) all start off OK, but quickly became like watching an old Japanese movie...audio/video are off from each other...with occasional video artifacts;
