Suddenly I'm having trouble inserting links in my notes to locations in various resources. Is anyone else having this problem?
its working fine for me in 4.3Sr3 using this method Creating hyperlinks to other resources
No - I just inserted one.
Can you provide an example?

In notes I have
I want to insert a link to the passage in Holmes Apostolic Father (English) so I located the passage and did a <ctrl-alt-C> then highlighted "3.1" and did a <ctrl-K> <ctrl-V> and clicked on the notes text again. Previously the reference was then "set", but this time the address simply disappears.
EDIT: Note that the "Ephesians 3.1" is not to the biblical Epistle to the Ephesians but to Ignatius' Epistle to the Ephesians.
I am not commanding you, as though I were somebody important. For even though I am in chains for the sake of the Name, I have not yet been perfected in Jesus Christ. For now I am only beginning to be a disciple, and I speak to you as my fellow students. For I need to be trained by you in faith, instruction, endurance, and patience.

i don't have this resource.
so I located the passage and did a <ctrl-alt-C> then highlighted "3.1" and did a <ctrl-K> <ctrl-V>
This works for me (i usually don't use ctrl-K, but it works per your instructions). i usually click in the hyperlink box prior to press ctrl-V.
clicked on the notes text again
Sometimes i need to click away from the new links text and then hover over the new link.
Have you tried to link to a different resource? just as a trial.
Several different resources. Also, I'm surprised that Logos didn't automatically attempt to make a scripture link out of Ephesians 3.1.
1. This link was per your instructions and it worked.
2. This is L4s auto link of the scripture Eph 3:1 , when entering a scripture for auto linking you usually need to hit the spacebar after the last part of the scripture.
Sounds like L4 is acting very unusual, have you tried to close L4 and then reopen it. Sometimes when L4 starts acting strange a restart will get it back on track.
It is indeed acting strangely, and yes, that was one of the first things I tried when it failed to work.
One last thought, try following the steps in my above link (e.g. select text, then click in the Hyperlink box and paste the link there).
There is a remote chance that something is intercepting your Ctrl-K, thus not pasting your link properly in the Hyperlink box in notes.

I had already tried that with the same effect.
Might be worthwhile to submit some logs of you creating the hyperlink i.e. logos4.log and logos4Error.log (starting L4 with Ctrl key held down will enable logging).
I tried rebooting the computer which I do once per year whether it needs it or not, but that didn't help. I'm only attaching the logos4error.log since the others are quite old.

You get logos4.log if you use CTRL key whilst starting L4.
