How to make my notes show up on all the different versions of bibles

I usually study the KJV of the bible so all my notes are generally made there - however, I would like to be able to see that I have made a note when reading other versions of the bible too.  Is there a way for the little colored dot to show up in all the bible versions when I make a note?

Yes you can. When you select the Bible Passage to create the note you will see in the menu selection and reference. You want to choose reference. The only thing you should be aware of is that this will add the note to commentaries, but you can turn them off if you want.
