Just upgraded to 3.0g and 'Parallel Passages' is greyed out?

I purchased the Series X several years ago and attempted to install a version to my new laptop. After installing the original software, I was getting update errors. I then uninstalled the original version with 3.0g.

I then synced all my licenses and walked thru my 'X' CD's to unlock all my resources.

All my resources appear to be working but my 'Parallel Passages' is greyed out?

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Brad

Well, Brad, I would have 2 guesses:

    (1) If you're also running Internet Explorer 9 (latest), Libronix needs a patch: http://www.logos.com/support/windows/LDLS-IE9
The issue impacts menus, forms, etc so 'maybe' that might be the problem.

    (2) Next would be what package it thinks you have; since you imported your licenses after previously backing them up (right??), it's possible Logos.Inc may not have it correct ... therefore customer service.

But the bigger question is why you're upgrading to Libronix3? The upgrade to Logos4 is free, and assuming you have a decent computer, you'll likely like it considerably more. Logos also has what they call a 'crossgrade' that brings in some nice new resouces inexpensively.

But regardless your decision, welcome to the forums!!
