Logos 4 won't sync any more?

Logos 4 will not complete a sync on either of my computers. 

It has been continually in the process of  performing a "sync" for several days now, on both of my computers.

I can tell it has not completed because the "favourites" menu has not updated across both of them.

I have tried both with my new Internet Security switched off ( Webroot), but with no difference. 

Anyone else suddenly experiencing difficulties? Is there a system for working out what the issue might be?

There's really not much we can do to help you here even with logs, but if you could make a log of your session and upload it here, it might tell us something, and if not, maybe a tech will see it and tell us something.
