I have a problem with the smart tags. I configured the Libronix Copy Bible Verses feature the way I want it and confirmed that it works properly when I use it manually. For example, when I pull it up and type in a bible text range, and then select "copy and paste" from the window, it pastes the bible text into the Microsoft Word document in the exact format that I want it to.
Secondly, if I type a reference into Microsoft Word, I get the Smart Tag working correctly too. It underlines and I can pull up the Logos menu. If I choose "Copy Bible Verses..." then the dialog pops up and I can click on "copy and paste" like before and it works properly.
However, if I choose "Replace with Passage," then it ignores some of the formatting. Specifically, the bible reference is not bold and the verse references are not superscript. However, this article: "http://www.logos.com/support/article/530" specifically says: "When the "Replace with Passage" option is selected, the style and Bible version selected in the Libronix Copy Bible Verses feature is used."
Is this a known problem? I just installed this from the Libronix Updater so it should be the latest. Should I call support on this?
