I own a Logos 4 base package and recently bought an Ipad. I however find that my Afrikaans Bibles and books with the exception of two title written by Els are not available on the Ipad.

Not all books in your desktop resources are available on mobile devices due to licensing restrictions.
Please see recent discussion in the Android forum - http://community.logos.com/forums/t/41790.aspx - the comments are applicable to the iPad platform as well.
Logos continues to work with publishers to get more resources available on the mobile platforms.
