if I remove things that are included in the passage guide by default, how do I save those settings. I understand layouts, but when changing the PG options the menu doesn't have a save option just "close". if I close the edit guide template window the changes are not reflected in the passage guide. This seems to be complicated. if I can't get the changes to stick then I can't save a new layout either.
