BUG: Unsubscribing from ALL email lists ... isn't

Hi, I was really disappointed with repetitive Logos marketing recently and went to my Notification page and unsubscribed from all your mailing lists. However, I am still receiving NewsWire and 12 Days of Logos promotional emails. How could this be possible? I want them stopped. Now!

Two things might be happening.

1. There's still a subscription somewhere, this you can double check here: https://www.logos.com/user/notifications and then uncheck and save the page.

2. It's possible you're caught int he middle of a server refresh and the mailings will stop after the server catches up to your unsubscribe requests.

Is it possible there's an old email address that is to blame here?

Also on the bottom of some (but not all?) Logos mailings are instructions about how to unsubscribe. Here's one from a recent Newswire: "To unsubscribe from targeted mailings, please send an email to customerservice@logos.com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line."

Sorry to hear that our marketing is becoming a nuisance. We're working on a better solution that will allow you to control not just the lists that you are subscribed to, but the amount of email you receive. If all you want is one email per month, we'd like to be able to give you that kind of control without forcing you to unsubscribe from everything.

We'll have someone investigate your particular case, but one thing to keep in mind is that we use FeedBurner for our blogs (Logos blog, 12 Days blog, etc.) to deliver the RSS feed; you
can also sign up to receive new posts via email. That subscription is a service
of FeedBurner, so the only way to unsubscribe from
those is in the footer of each email.

The most recent NewsWire had no unsubscribe info:

I did use the link on 12 Days of Logos email to unsubscribe from that email. We'll see tomorrow.
