Updates does'nt install
Logos 4 gives me notice that there is an update available of 44.1 MB. I downloaded it (repeatedly) and Logos 4 repeatedly returns the notice. When the download is completed I look in the Library list in the “Last updated” column – and there is no update. How can I solve the problem?

Did you restart Logos after the download?

Maybe the update is the latest Service Release 4.3 SR7? This needs to run as an installer, IIRC, maybe that's the issue?

Yes!!! After restart I receive the message again that there are updates available (size 44.1 MB). I receive this message after each download. The downloading icon shows every time in the taskbar until it shows "100% of 44.1MB), but nothing installs!

Christie, try manually running the installer to update the program: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe
