Upload Background image - FAILED

I love Proclaim! It's awesome. Been using it for a five weeks now.

Today, I am trying to upload a background image. When I click on Upload in the background menu, the screen flashes for a instant but the dialog box never displays.

Additionally, When i opened the program this morning, it said my On-Air subscription expired four days ago. I can still go on air so i ignored the message. I thought it was free until the end of the year. Perhaps the program thinks I am expired an it wont let me upload new images?!

Thanks for your help. There is no error log on this issue.

If that happens again, I would be very interested in gathering your log files. Proclaim obviously got into a strange state there.

Does it indicate that your On-Air license is still expired?

there error did not occur again. however the program still shows the expired on-air license message.

we can still display the presentation. there is no problem, but providing information as a user.
