Logos 4 Crashes on Print and Export

Description
When I choose ctrl-p OR click a tab to export/print, I see a blank screen and then the Windows 7 error message with an option to send info to Microsoft or Close. Either way the program shuts down.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load logos 4
2. click any resource tab
3. choose "Print/Export" (OR, ctrl-p)

Actual Result
screen goes blank to default Logos colour, Microsoft error messages come up.
Expected Result
The Print/Export option page would show up

Can't speak to your zip file but that happened to me a lot. The reason was I'd not installed a printer (I rarely print).

Don't know if that might be your issue; for a long time it was a given that they didn't check for a printer driver first.
