RESOURCE BUG: annoying omission

I need a list of the abbreviations for biblical books as used in the NRSV. One little problem ... such front material is not included in the Logos version of the NRSV So how I need to see if I own a NRSV with apocrypha which is not the Catholic Edition. Somehow I'd made the mistake of assuming I only needed to keep Study Bibles within reach once I had a translation in Logos.

Unfortunately not. It lists all recognized abbreviations not those associated with a particular translation/format. I can develop my own list but it would be far better as an interface if I used the abbreviations that the Logos NRSV uses in its text. Not to mention that I can't copy and paste the full names of the Bible books to which I need to attach the abbreviations.

Edit: Oops this is an NRSV that has Esther additions rather than the Greek Esther and it omits the Orthodox books included in the Logos volume.

Thanks for trying, but again this does not match the Logos NRSV which include Esther (Greek) rather than Add Esther, keeps the additions to Daniel as separate books, includes Psalm 151 as a separate book ....

I went through the entire NRSV to pick up the pericope cross-references to obtain as many abbreviations as I could. In the process, twice the scrolling of the NRSV froze and when I left clicked to regain focus, it replaced the NRSV with the ISV ... and the Bible was the only panel[:O]

I then attempted to search the footnotes for any abbreviations that I had not gotten. Yes, the display show the base text - not the footnotes which I still had to hover over to see the contents:

Logos has reached a new high in frustrating me. It shouldn't be difficult to find the abbreviations used by a single Bible - they almost always appear in "real" (dead tree) Bibles. It makes perfect sense to want to use the same abbreviations in lesson materials that will be found in the recommended Bible. Fortunately for Logos, I don't have the time or inclination to provide the appropriate rant. Suppose I can subcontract the task to Logos?[:@]
