Very unclear text after update

I haven't used Logos 4 for a while, but as I opened the program today it updated for a long time. After the update I discovered that the text in all books is very unclear - also if I resize them. This was a big problem about a year ago - but it did get better.

Now it seems to be worse than ever: the letters are very unsharp and 'muddy'. Am I the only one to experience this?

Will another update take care of this - or is there anything else that can be done about it?

My version of Logos is 4.3 SR-7 (4.30.0.1621)

Here is a picture where i compare my newly updated logos 4 to my older libronix (here I'm quite satisfied with the text)

I might seem to be a little "picky" but when reading through longer text it's very annoying if the letters are not sharp and clear. Again it's something new - before the update I found the text to be allright.

I find my Logos text is less than optimal too. I'm running 4.5beta9.

I changed my default font to Arial for the sake of doing a comparison with Word 2010. The Logos text is thinner and suffers from antialiasing artifacts (like some lines aren't as dark as others).

For me it seems to have gotten worse when I switched to my new laptop running Win7 from my old one running XP.

Adjusting ClearType in the display settings doesn't seem to affect Logos.
