I have left my computer running continuously for days with no success. Tried to check the logs, but I don't know how to enable the Logos 4 Indexer log.16260.Archive.zip
Was this the first time you ran the software? Was this after a new purchase? Please provide any more details if you can
Been running for at least a year. Upgraded to Lion when it first came out and faithfully apply Logos updates.
Wonder what would happen if you tried this... http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_Multiple_Macs
Did not work. I will try a complete re-install.
Tried to check the logs, but I don't know how to enable the Logos 4 Indexer log.
Welcome to the Logos forums [:D]
Option: download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display logging setting, then change to enable logging. This application uses the terminal commands on => Mac Diagnostic Logging with some checks (e.g. not change logging value if Logos 4 Mac is running).
With logging enabled, can open Logos4.log and Indexer.log files. By default, console utility scrolls log files as lines are written.
Edit: after looking at Logos4.log, noticed version 4.3 SR-2, version 4.30.0.1572 on 14 Dec 2011, hence suggest manually updating application to current 4.3 SR-7 release; wiki Mac Troubleshooting => Update Error has download link and steps.
Keep Smiling [:)]
