Is there a way to keep the library open when I'm doing other things, like using Word?
Never mind. I figured it out. [:)]
Drag the 'Book' icon from the tool bar into a window. That will treat it as a normal window or pane. You can then keep that open while having other windows up at the same time.
Yes, it stays open if you open it a tab or a floating window. Ctrl+L will do the latter. Or choose one of the options from the menu when you right-click on the Library icon:
Or drag the library icon to a position in the layout if you want control over where the new tab opens up.
