A Good Dilemna

I just acquired a clean set of Lucado's Lifeworks discs complete with the install code. I'm presuming that it's not being used by anyone else. Not sure if there's anything special on it for me since I began with MacArthur's Lifeworks and since have gone on to L4 Platinum.

So assuming it's not in use, is it worth adding or should I just sell it and whatever I get for it goes to helping pay off my never ending indentured status with Logos. Geeked

Lucado in particular is fun to read, and quite inspiring. That said I'm not sure I would use it for reference. So it depends on your reasons for using it. If you want to just read them once, use a library if you can find one that has his books. If you want to use some of his stuff for illustrations later, you might want to install them.

With Nelson repackaging a portion of the various "Lifeworks Libraries" into "Essential Bible Study Libraries" that seem similar, if not identical, to the average consumer, but in reality have a fraction of the resources and sell at a fraction of the price, (currently $10 each at Lifeway), I'm not sure how much of a dent it will make in helping with your status, indentured or otherwise. That said, as a big fan and owner of all of the "Lifeworks Libraries" and probably the only person on the planet still holding out for the "Hanegraaff Lifeworks Library" (yeah right), my suggestion is to load it and enjoy it if you appreciate Lucado's writings, (which are much more devotional in nature than MacArthur's, in my opinion, but I still enjoy the relative "simple read" of Lucado on occasion). If not, try to sell it, (although I think the person trying to sell it on ebay for $109 will be waiting a while), regift it or even donate it.

I have the Lucado Lifeworks Collection. It is well worth it for illustrations. Lucado's print works are not indexed. Having them in Logos format means that you can find his material by topic or scripture reference.

No one can paint a word picture like Max.

I use it frequently to open or close my SS class.
