Has anyone read Robert Morey's new book - The End of the World according to Jesus. If so what were your impressions?

New to me, so I read the amazon review ...'We finally have one that takes into account Jewish Apocalyptical Literature in its interpretation of key texts'. Now, I'm wondering too!
I'd be interested if it was on Kindle...or Logos. Right now I am sticking to digital books. Even for my public library books, I am doing Kindle ebooks. Maybe this one will be put in an ebook at some point.
It doesn't come in Kindle. I ordered it through one of our local book stores and Xulon Press prints on demand. It took about three weeks to get it. Picked it up yesterday afternoon and just began reading it today.
We'll see how it is. I do like his books and in particular what he writes in regards to apologetics.
Denise I was listening to Coast to Coast on the radio last week and they had a guest who was either from your area or who had just recently did a seminary there. I forget his name. I think it had to do with alien encounters and the paranormal or the two normals hence the "para-of-normals"
Since there was only one review, I amused myself by clicking on "See all my reviews". Rather enlightening. 5 reviews. All five-star. All managing to promote the reviewer and his own books in the process. Two were in fact what I would call advertisements for products the reviewer had himself been involved in producing. And two involved this Morey's books, a guy the reviewer obviously knows well enough to get Christmas gifts from. Furthermore, the reviewer seems a bit too fond of conspiracy theories for my taste, and both he and Morey seem to self-publish their books. For all I know the book may still be good, but I wouldn't take that reviewer's word for it.

If Is Eastern Orthodoxy Christian? is typical of Morey's "scholarly" work, I would suggest to read (very) critically.
