Indexing finished, but I have almost no functionality

OK - after running all night on Caffiene my indexing is finally finished (over 60 hrs). Yay!

I launched Logos and have a blank Home Page (expected). I can open books it appears, but cannot navigate in any of them. Typing a reference into the reference box at the top of the window does nothing.

None of the Guides produce any results and I have no menu items except the big 3 - Home, Library and Search.

Search is unresponsive - just a blank window when I do a Bible search for a single word.

Basically the only functionality I have is opening a book and being able to scroll through it.

Typing into the box on the home screen should bring up a passage guide that is partailly usable. It takes a second, but it works.

Thanks guys - I am getting a partial report, but L4 crashes before it finishes. Twice it has crashed before I can see any text. No error message.

You need to click the "Go" button. If you use the "Enter" key, L4 will crash. This is a known bug and Logos said it should be fixed in the next drop.

It seemed to be indicating hour:minutes remaining. I finally downloaded and ran Caffeine from the Apple website. I left the machine alone - it showed 36:54 remaining. 8.5 hours later it was down to 00:19. It took just 20-30 minutes from there to finish.
