Export from Logos 4 to Collectorz software

I want to add my logos catalog of books to my print collection on Collectorz Book sfotware. Any ideas on how to do this? Collectorz only accepts text file. But text files imported from Logos 4 is not in a comma delimited format, and has symbols, etc., that collectorz will not recognize.

Appears Book Collector's text import is limited to three fields: ISBN, Title and Author. => http://www.collectorz.com/book/manual/import-text.html

Logos 4 does not have ISBN metadata so adding Logos resources to Collectorz Book software needs several steps, including one to match up Logos 4 bibliography with ISBN numbers.

Technical challenge: a variety of Logos resources do not have ISBN numbers since material was printed prior to 1966 => http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Standard_Book_Number

Mark Barnes's bibliographic report tool might be helpful. However it also doesn't supply the ISBNs, so you might still be up a creek.
