NA27 is not available for mobile use.
One UBS4 edition is available for mobile use => UBS 4/Westcott-Hort with Swanson Morphological Analysis
By the way, The New Testament in the Original Greek: Byzantine Textform 2005 with Morphology includes NA27 and UBS4 variant readings.

Unfortunately the licensing is very restrictive for NA27. That's one of the reasons why Logos released the SBL edition of the NT. If you're not doing so already, you might like to use that whilst you wait for the publishers of the NA27 to see sense (but don't hold your breath).

NA27 without Morphology is available on Android/Ipad.
I have an iPhone. The only NA27 that is available to me is the Nestle-Aland Novum Testamentum Graece Editio XXVII. This is the version that came with SESB 3.0. It has morphology, but no critical apparatus. Strangely, only a few of the books in that collection are available on iPhone.
