How do I export the Logos .lbxlis file of a personal book that I've written?
Sincerely,
Tom
Apologies: Logos extension .lbxlis is new to me. Also wonder about desired output of export ?
Libronix 3.0g Personal Book Builder created .lbxoeb files. Learned sermon file add-on created .lbxsfl files
Logos 4.3 and 4.5 Beta have Personal Book tool that can build .lbspbb files (from .docx files).
Keep Smiling [:)]
I really don't know what the file extension would be for a personal book, I just want to know how to export the book and send it to a friend.
Thanks,
I just want to know how to export the book and send it to a friend.
Right now, you can't. But that's not an issue, you simply send the *.docx-file to the friend and he/she builds it anew in his/her Logos 4.

Tom - I don't think this can be done currently. You need to send him/her the .docx file for them to compile. KS4J gave you the right file extension for personal books, but the metadata needed comes from actually compiling the book. KS4J can correct me if I am wrong. [:)]
Logos does not yet offer a way to share or sell Personal Books, forum thread => Share Person Books includes a quote from Bob Pritchett about upcoming bookstore.
Currently concur with advice to send .docx file to friend for Personal Book building, which may change if Logos provides a way to sync and share (possibly like Proclaim presentations).
Personally have used Logos servers to sync my Personal Book metadata between my Logos 4 installations so could scan lbspbb file.
Thank you all for your help.
