When I have Proclaim set to automatically advance to next item after a video, it breaks the iPhone app. The app loses the ability to take control and change slides until I take the presentation off-air and then back on.
I am unable to reproduce those results. What version of iOS are you using?
Have you updated the remote app from the appstore recently?

I have not seen any updates to the iOS app since it was first released.

We have only released one version of the iPhone remote. I think Hunter was confused with the internal alphas.
