Video Tutorials

I was hoping that the switch from Easy Worship to Proclaim might be a little more simple. I'm finding Proclaim very difficult to adapt too. I think if I could watch someone navigate around in it for a while I might become a bit more acclimatised. Are there any video tutorials out there to show us how to:

Put together a presentation
Set up signals
Set up groups
Link to media from Graceway (Downloading a HD Loop/Splash file from Graceway to upload it to Proclaim seems a little cumbersome and takes forever)
Link to YouTube clips

Is there a user guide anywhere? Or is the user forum the only place to get help?
