Hi! I installed eBible Platinum (Windows 7) but can't get the titles on Disc 2 to download/install. I downloaded the latest update from Libronix, but still no success with disc 2. Can anyone help me? Thanks! Terry
Hi Terry welcome to the forums. Are you trying to use Logos 3/Libronix or Logos 4?

I am not sure this product is Logos. I did a search and saw a website that said it was ebible but I did not recognize the CEO and the other officers. I also found this information....which is not Logos Platinum edition.....

It is a Libronix product but the resources will work in either Libronix or Logos 4.
Terry, I will pull that disc out tomorrow and try to see if Disc 2 is only "unlockable" titles requiring further purchase fees or if it has content that should be installing. I do remember some of the unlocked content did not move into my library because it was already there from a previous package. I will read the box too. It may say.
Since Libronix 3 is now installed, wonder about syncing licenses with Logos servers, then installing Logos 4 ? Thankfully Libronix 3.0g can peacefully coexist with Logos 4 on Windows 7. Libronix 3 needs a patch for Internet Explorer 9 => Libronix and Internet Explorer 9
For Logos 4, wiki has Getting Started with Logos => Installation + Indexing recommend sign-in using same email address and password as Libronix 3.0g. By default, Logos 4 will scan your Libronix 3.0g installation and copy files to your Logos 4 folder, then download any resources updated for Logos 4 plus any resources licensed for use, which are not in your Libronix 3 installation.

Terry, I found the eBible box and Discs 1 & 2. The product is compatible with Libronix. (We knew that, didn't we?) There is nothing on the packaging about any locked resources being included that require further payment for access. I looked at Disc #2 and it appears to have the complete resource files for all included titles. Disc #1 appears to only contain the software setup files. So my question is this: If you are not getting files from Disc #2 to install, what are you getting? Is it just an empty front end?
Do you realize we are now into the holiday weekend and it will probably have to wait till Monday for a real person at Logos Customer Service?

Terry, others have tried to help. Let me ask a question:
Are you a first-time Libronix user? If so you may not know that installing new resources involves an additional step: putting your resources CD in the drive while Libronix is running to let it discover the resources there and offer to transfer them to your hard drive. That can take awhile and the words 'discovering resources' should appear in the lower right hand corner of your Libronix workplace. You also need to register the software. Libronix should ask you to do this. The key is usually on the CD case.
Sorry to ask this if you are an experienced user.
