Dictionary of Deities and Demons in the Bible

I have seen this title in Logos many times and the price is expensive. From the description in the page it seems very good. May someone give me some advise about it, please? Thanks.

It's academic, and specialised. For non-academic use, I find AYBD more helpful (because DDD tells me more than I need to know). For example, AYBD has 483 words on Hadad (a Mesopotamiam storm god). DDD has three thousand four hundred and thirty four words. AYBD gives me a brief paragaph about Hadad and a few more paragraphs explaining where he appears in the Bible, and what we should make of him. DDD gives you the entire history of Hadad, how Hadad relates to other deities, and a paragraph on each significant Biblical mention. DDD Finishes with a comprehensive bibliography.
So, ultimately, it depends on what you want. For comprehensive information go for DDD. For bit-sized summaries stick with AYBD.

Thank you Ted and Mark for your fast answers. I am a pastor and I have ABYD. I think that ABYD is good for me. Again Thank you and Marry Christmas!
