I've heard that some guys are uninstalling L3 in favour of running only L4. Is there any advantage to this, besides creating more HD space?
Not that I'm aware of. They can run at the same time, because they are independent.

Hadn't thought of running both at the same time. umm...
I use PBB's too often to uninstall L3. Both works well for me.
