when might The Dead Sea Scrolls Study Edition be available on the iPhone iPad?

I just purchased The Dead Sea Scrolls Study Edition: Vol. I: 1Q1–4Q273–Vol. II: 4Q274–11Q31 and now notice it does not show available on the iPhone/iPad.  will this be available in the future or am I just plain out of luck?

In other words, do resources get updated at any time, or is it just decided at publication whether they will be available on the iPhone/iPad apps?

No, it can change...classic example NIV on iOS. The issue is with the publisher, Logos has repeatedly said that if it was entirely up to them all resources would be available. You might like to email the publisher.
