Using Logos 4.5 Beta 12 on Mac, encountered similar issue as => Bug: 4.5 Beta 11 download of new resource orders
With resource order pending, toggled program setting to automatically download many times before library metadata download could successfully complete, then queue resources for download.
After resources queued to download, most downloaded without any issue. However, at 06:56, network activity dropped with 99 % of download done. After waiting over a hour to see if download would complete, clicked cancel download.
Moved Logos4.log and Indexer.log files into 01-Download folder, then quit Logos 4.5 Beta 12, followed by clicking OK.

After restart, Indexer resumed download of 5 resources along with identifying previously downloaded resources. After discovery and marking files installed was done, then download mode was checked. Since the 5 resources had already completed downloading, nothing needed downloading so indexer stopped. Moved files into 02-Download folder:

Then restarted Logos 4 Mac again, which downloaded one more resource then began indexing, attached file has copy of Indexer.log while Bible Index merge postings was in progress:
