Hello everyone here!

Even if I am a new user of Logos 4, I used the oportunity of the End of the year sale and bought Logos Original Language Pack. I really love studying my Bible with the help of Logos 4.

Even though I use English language very much in my studies (I am an assistant-pastor in Romania and also an associate professor in an small protestant university), I feel the need for a Romanian version included in the Logos library. Even though the English speaking users are so many, there are some Romanian users (myself included) that would like to have also a Romanian version.

Currently there are two major versions for use in the Romanian Protestant church: Dumitru Cornilescu version and the New Romanian Translation.

The copyright for the Cornilescu version It is held by the British Foreign Bible Society (Bible Society, on short; web page:http://www.biblesociety.org.uk), and I think threre will be no problem for them to give the permission for Logos to include this version in the library. I have managed to add the Romanian version to my Personal Books, but I need it to be available for my iPad also (because I use The iPad mainly for preaching and teaching).

For the other version (New Romanian Translation), the cpoyright information is found here:http://biblia.pentruviata.ro/ntr.php, and I've copied here:

I think this will not be a free version, but I (and I think also other users) will buy it even twice if necesary, only to have it.

Please consider this plea for a Romanian version for Logos: it is time for Romanian users also to use Logos running with a Romanian language inside and enjoy using it. In this manner, I can confidently reccommend Logos to my students and help them dig deeper in the Word of God.

Thank you for the wonderful work you are doing there and may God bless all of you!

There are versions of the Cornilescu translation in the public domain.
