I generally use the ESV as my preferred Bible, but I am also writing a book and the publisher prefers the NIV. I have a layout for when I am writing the book, and when I change to that layout, I would like to be able to change the preferred Bible easily without having to go to the home page. I can think of several ways to do this: 1) change the preferred Bible in the Tools/Program Settings menu, change the preferred Bible in a command line, or even being able to set a preferred Bible for each layout. I have often finished one study task, moved to the book, and written several pages only to find that I quoted the wrong translation after doing a Bible search for a verse. Then I have to recheck all the translations to make sure I didn't use the newly opened Bible window using the preferred Bible on another project.
