Create an Annotations List

I have searched around for the answer to a seemingly straight forward concept but have not arrived at a solution:

For example:

I have searched my entire library for topical material on "Union with Christ" and have obtained a number of matches; as I read through the various articles (e.g., Journal Entries) I highlight or otherwise annotate the text and then I move onto another resource. One cannot easily remember all the different resources which were annotated over several days so I am looking for a way to create a list of annotations across all resources. This would be similar to the listing of annotations in an Adobe PDF file (at least in the full version of Acrobat) with the additional feature of gathering annotations from multiple resources.

Is this possible in its simplest form and if so are there any filtering options available (e.g. annotation list by date, or by search result reading material, etc.)

Logos is revamping Highlighting and Notes so they are combined in Logos 4.5 Beta. Every highlight is a Note.

One option is creating another user on your computer to try Logos 4.5 Beta; wiki has => Logos 4 Beta Program and => Quick Installation onto multiple computers

Note: only support option for Logos Beta on Windows is PC Beta forum. Also, installing Logos 4.5 Beta does disable several items from syncing to your stable Logos 4 installation.

For technically inclined, Logos 4.3 has a SQLite table with all highlight locations, which can be joined with a catalog table to show which resources have highlights.

Welcome to the Forum!

Clippings
might be exactly what you need. They are like a collection of index
cards which you can copy/paste what you want (or just the beginning).
Then Logos4 adds a link to your book in which you copied them from and
also creates a bibliography citation for your stuff.

First you would start by creating a Clipping File to contain your index cards and name it Union with Christ.
Then as you read something that you want to add to a new index card,
you drag your mouse to select the portion that you want in the index
card and right-click over the selection. In the pop-up menu look on the
bottom right side for Adding a clipping to "Union with Christ" and click on it. Then Logos4 will create an index card in your clipping file.
