When I go into Options and have LDLS frefresh my resources I lose my KeyLink Options. Is this supposed to happen?

If I dig way back into my memory, I pull out something that I think is a response to this problem:
After you refresh, restart Logos, let it fully find all resources. Then shut down and restart to restore your KeyLinks.

Yes, no matter what the problem, the answer if frequently "shut it down and restart." Give it the old boot.
