logos 4 said was checked by level 2 technician over the internet he said was possible there sever , he said my logos 4 is saying my download and indexing is complete but there are lots of missing books and help resource is missing and he could not help me and the person who could help was not available so I got insecure after spending £270 on platinum version and not getting it and asked for a refund , I really wanted logos 4 but was sad to have such hassle getting what I paid for , does the dvd give you the full down load of all resource paid for or would the problem be the same , as I would I liked it , is there any way of actually getting the full resource upgrade paid for , not sure if the dvd relies of down loads and might still have problem with not actually getting what was paid for ,
