You can access your L4 books at the biblia.com webpage, but not through the Biblia API. See http://community.logos.com/forums/t/14463.aspx
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

There are several books not available through Biblia. Any idea when other books may be available?

Personally not know. The books are unavailable due to mobile access restrictions with various publishers; Logos is negotiating with publishers for mobile access. Currently 88.9 % of my Logos library is available in http://biblia.com
