Uninstalling downloaded books

I am working on a Kindle Fire. I have installed the android and app and have not had any major issues. However, I have noticed that the ASV automatically downloaded itself to my Fire. I don't really use that translation and have downloaded the NRSV on my own which I do use regularly, but was wondering how I might remove the ASV from my Fire especially given the limited storage on the Kindle Fire.

This leads me to a second question. How much space does a downloaded document take up (I realize this is different depending on the book size but what is the average for a Bible translation)?

Hi Jason - and welcome to the forums

However, I have noticed that the ASV automatically downloaded itself to my Fire. I don't really use that translation and have downloaded the NRSV on my own which I do use regularly, but was wondering how I might remove the ASV from my Fire especially given the limited storage on the Kindle Fire.

The ASV is the "default" Bible downloaded to the Android app and there is currently no way of removing it.

How much space does a downloaded document take up (I realize this is different depending on the book size but what is the average for a Bible translation)?

Sorry I don't know this one - others might have some thoughts.

The download consists of the Logos4 resource + TOC + Milestone index. The
TOC + Milestone index is 1.0 - 2.5 MB for my bibles, commentaries
& lexicons, and 9.9 MB for MW Dict v11.

    LEB 3.8 MB

    NIV 8.7 MB

    NKJV 20.5 MB

    ESV 20.2 MB

    NET 37.3 MB
