NO.. NO.. NO..

How can you have a "Start now" button when the sychronise process is already running.. this will cause confusion.. and I know I may be having a bad day but...

Please consider change text to "Sync in Background" or something meaningful

it also needs to warn that pressing the button may (substantially) delay syncing of documents created on other machines being pulled live onto the current machine, as mentioned in previous discussions

"Start Now" is VERY ambiguous [:D]

You confirmed the impression I had when reading the Release Notes, but I can't check as my sync is very quick. The original suggestion was something like "Start now - synchronizing will continue in the background".

Amen and amen. The text sounds as though you're starting the sync now, whilst what it supposed to mean is that you can start Logos now.

Here's a suggestion:

Waiting for Synchronisation to Complete
If you're in a hurry, you can click 'Continue' and synchronisation will continue in the background. However, you may find Logos runs more slowly until the synchronisation is complete.
