Today when starting Logos 4 Mac after the initial sign in and as it was working to populate the home page, it crashed and I had to restart it. Attached are my logs.

Mine is crashing as well. I am on a Macbook Pro running Snow Leopard. I deleted the start up application and reinstalled and same thing. It signs in says preparing Library and then crash. I don't know how to get to the logs.

Welcome [:D]
Wonder about enabling diagnostic logging, restart Mac, then launch Logos 4 Mac. If crash again, please download then use Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop (copies console messages, then compresses contents of your Logging folder for posting).
Option: download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display logging setting, then change to enable logging.
Wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac with terminal commands, which are used in applescript application.
Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac has log posting steps.

If using stable Logos version, other option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

Attached are my logs.
Noticing some unexpected Error messages in Logos4.log file (e.g. "Could not find a part of the path").
Wonder if reinstalling Logos 4 Mac application would cause those Error messages to disappear; wiki Mac Troubleshooting => Update Error has download link and steps.
The crash during sync application has a message: "There is an error in XML document. " so suggest email to Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact with reference to this thread.
Thanks for the help Keep Smiling. You seem to be every where on the forum! Don't know where you get the time to help so many people.
Due to the effort (and lack of high speed internet access right now) I won't do a reinstall until someone from Logos confirms what caused this problem in the first place and that there are measures to prevent this. Logos 4 by design does not allow us to tweak much, so if there is an error, the software caused this issue by itself.
Enabled logging. Restarted mac. Tried to start Logos same action. Now where do I find the Log entry. I looked all over the desktop and no zip file.
I think I found the log file. See if I can attach it.

Logos4.log file has a crash while trying to process [login completed]. At the same time as Logos 4.3 SR-8 crash, noticed Log Me In Server is encountering Web Gateway connection error. Hence wondering about stability of network connection.
Indexer.log file shows download of 23 queued updates was in progress.
Since using stable Logos 4.3 SR-8, on option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
Wonder if working offline works ? Launch Logos 4 Mac, quickly press and hold command key, when login dialog appears, release command key, click "Work Offline"
