Mine keeps locking up at update. I have deleted and reinstalled a few times.
I just can't seem to get past the updating screen. I thought I had it at one point in the day. I have taken the application and moved it to the trash, along with the folder under the library/application support. I am new to macs. Is there something I must do to completely delete the program and then start over again?
