PB Batch tool

I was wondering..

How about a batch tool that scans subdirectories in a directory for PB Source, and compiles all books it finds..

was thinking we would need 3 files per book/directory:

1. Book.docx
2. Cover.jpg
3. metadata.txt or metadata.xml

if we looked at the metadata containing info for versioning we could get it to rebuild books easilly after a reinstall or/and if we correct errors, we dont need to hunt for our book to rebuild it .. just run the tool and hey-presto

I'm wondering how that differs from what we now have.  All I do is to open "Tools | Personal Books" and click on the "edit" (which only  appears on hover) then "Build Book."
