Help finding Talmud quote in Logos

Rosh HaShanah 16b-17a:

"It has been taught that the school of Shammai says: "There will be three
groups on Judgment Day (yom haDin):

  (1) one that is completely righteous,

  (2) one that is completely wicked,

  (3) and one that is in between."

Okay, I've found the others but I'm lost on this ... I thought 16b-17a were folio numbers which I don't find in the text. I don't know whether this is from the Jerusalem or Babylonian Talmud.

It's in the Babylonian Talmud. I'll give you the quote in Neusner's translation:

The folio numbers are in the text, but they can be difficult to find because they are often in the middle of a line. There is a [17a] in line F in the picture.
