I preorded the Hebrew Audio Pronunciaton addin almost four years ago, and I was just wondering if there is any more information that the egnimatic "under development"

I personally called Bob on this today. He described finishing the complete rewrite of the database for the Hebrew Bible. It is all out for recording. I will say I heard the same thing a year ago. It sounded like this project was 5000% more convoluted than logos really expected. I guess with all the differences in accepted roots and such it was take one step forward and end up having to take 2 sidesteps and once in a while....a step back. all the sidesteps is what Logos just did not anticipate. He did also mention that the pre-pub was put up early.....Someone thought it was on the GO list but it was actually on the proceed with caution list.
From his personality on the phone, I am convinced that they are doing absolutely everything they can to get this beast out the door. I mentioned a year to year and a half and Bob responded he really hopes less than a year.
Overall, Logos is moving forward on this....It sounds like their work is done for a while. Hopefully its just record stuff get it all connected up and shipped.

P.S. This is the first CEO of a major software company I have ever gotten on the phone. I really doubt that I could get Intuit, Kaspersky, etc on the phone. I really appreciate the return call! Taking that extra 5 minutes!

Oops! I emailed him today too, before seeing your post. I guess he might feel a bit under seige. But it looks like they've already put a lot of work into it and aren't going to abandon it, which is good news. I just hope Bob is right that it will be done within this year.

It is good to know that Logos are making progress. I had considered emailing to request an update, but will now (obviously) refrain.
I agree that Bob's availability and willingness to talk directly with the user base is a real testimony to Logos's desire to serve their customers well.
