On the second day of L4 I upgraded my OLL to version 4. I did not know what it would look like or how it would function, I only knew it was an upgrade and as it happens I always like upgrades. I could not find the system requirements on the web so I just took the chance. Afterwards I found that my computer is too old. I'm running XP on a Pentium M with 768 Mb RAM and shared graphics. The fun part is that it still works, and it IS faster than the DLS. I had a few problems getting started and some resouces that did not show up, but with time all is OK now. As for the missing features it does not really annoy me, although I am looking forward to seeing the new PBB compiler.
A few years back I was working at an IT company. The product I was working on was a system for managing homepages, commonly known as a CMS. This was a very very small program compared to Logos, but still I know what a time consuming, frustrating and expensive process debugging can be. There is ALWAYS something that is not working and needs to be corrected or worked around.
So, thank you Logos, for all your hard work. Youve made an incredible product. And to top it off the price of the upgrade is very fair for us, the users. This is an offer almost no other software company would match.
