I understand that I can link to, say, a particular page in a resource by copying the location of the resource in question. However, as an example, a particular resource I'm working in is linking me to Page 7, which is the current page at the spot where I wish to link. Since, to my knowledge, the offset portion of the tag is not actually utilized (at this point in time), the link takes me to the beginning of Page 7 (which is what I would expect, but not exactly what I want).
However, in the MIDDLE of Page 7, a new Chapter begins, and this new Chapter heading is indicated in the table of contents. I would much prefer to link to this TOC location, as it is closer to where I want than the beginning of Page 7 is. Is there a way to copy the TOC location or otherwise build a resource link that uses a TOC heading instead of the page number it is giving me?
