Having just had a couple of resources updated on my system this morning, I found myself wondering why a book cover depicted on the website is different to one installed. For instance, The Lexham English Bible was updated this morning - in Logos it looks like this:
But on the website it looks like this:
Which one do you prefer? I have to say I prefer the latter, the first is rather boring.
But the one that I thought was the most surprising was the 'John for Everyone' books in the N. T Wright series. In Logos the books (both 1 & 2) look like this:
Whereas on the website for the collection, (not individually) the book is in keeping with the rest of the volumes installed ie. like this:
So what happened here? The latter is the one I would prefer! Perhaps the next update could turn this renegade volume into conformity with it's brother & sisters!?!!**!
I know it's not life changing or anything - but then I told you this was a silly discussion.
Does anyone know of any other rogue resources?
