Bug/Flaw in PB Build..

I have downloads set between 00:00-08:00 however when it waits to download  the update, you are unable to build a PB

This is same on 4.3 stable and 4.5 beta

You have to start the download to get it to build, I know its by design, but a dialog box asking if you want to postpone the download until later so youcan compile would be better than just hanging there....

I think you are right (and probably no one complained so far since most of us have internet and downloads around the clock) - actually I had the mistaken impression that we build and keep PBs locally on our machine until this week there was a maintenance announcement of the "PB build server".
